Taibah Academy, a Learning Management Platform, is seeking a skilled and passionate Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our platform, enhancing the learning experience for our users. This is an on-site position based in Gazipura, Tongi.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications for Taibah Academy's platform.
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React and Next.js.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Laravel for backend development.
• Strong skills Next.js for frontend development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS for UI development.
• Experience with MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of SEO is a plus.

Salary and Probation Period:

Salary Range: 16,000 - 25,000 BDT per month (based on skills and experience).
Probation Period: 3 months
