Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls professionally and act as the main contact for student inquiries.
- Assist with course enrollment, scheduling, and technical support.
- Respond to and resolve issues via email, chat, and social media platforms. Communicate updates and important announcements to students.
- Collaborate with departments to address student concerns and resolve issues on email, chat, and social media.
Requirements
- Minimum education: HSC or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree or any certification in a relevant field is preferred (education requirements can be relaxed for experienced candidates).
- Excellent communication skills in both written(Bangla & English) and spoken(Bangla).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A genuine passion for contributing to the Deen of Allah and making a positive impact in the community.
- Regularly perform the five daily prayers (Salah) and follow the basic principles of Islam.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in customer service or student support is an advantage.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Probation Period:
Salary Range: 13,000 - 16,000 BDT per month
Probation Period: 6 months
Additional Information
Location: Tongi, Gazipur (On-site).
Probation Period: 6 months.
